Harness Your Energy

Empower the Planet

Energy optimization, industrial automation and digital infrastructure consulting

How this works — define your project once, then run 3 steps

Step 1 is a single project definition — vendor, platform, industry, redundancy, security, controller/pump/valve counts and architecture options — filled in once. Steps 2 and 3 reuse all of it automatically; you never redescribe the project.

  1. Step 1 — Project Definition: answer everything about the project here first.
  2. Step 2 — PLC I/O Generator: generates the I/O list from Step 1's pump/valve counts — do this before Step 3 so the network diagram can size racks/modules accurately.
  3. Step 3 — Network Diagram Generator: draws the topology using the I/O counts from Step 2, and generates the final PDF report combining all steps above.
STEP 1 OF 3

Project Definition

Define your project once here — Steps 2 and 3 reuse everything below automatically, instead of asking you to redescribe the same project three times.

Active vendor: Siemens

Architecture options

Security add-ons

STEP 2 OF 3

PLC I/O Generator

Uses the project definition from Step 1 — no need to redescribe the equipment here.

STEP 3 OF 3

Network Diagram Generator

Uses the project definition from Step 1, plus the I/O counts from Step 2 if generated (for the most accurately sized racks/modules). DCS platforms (PCS7, 800xA, etc.) use a fixed vendor topology regardless of I/O count.
